Mat brings 15 years of operations and sales leadership to the ExpertHomeBuyer team with a track record of building the systems and processes that help fast moving organizations perform at a high level.

Before joining the team, Mat spent years leading sales operations across real estate, healthcare, and beyond, with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and results. He has a deep understanding of what it takes to build teams that show up, follow through, and close the gap between what is promised and what is delivered.

He joined ExpertHomeBuyer because he saw a team that operates with integrity and takes the seller experience seriously. In a space where communication and trust matter most, Mat's job is to make sure the operation reflects that at every step.

His focus is simple: make sure every part of the process runs the way it should, so sellers get the experience they were promised from the first conversation to the closing table.

Meet Lyndon Wright, from Atlanta Georgia but by way of Salisbury Maryland. He's a highly motivated US Army Combat Veteran with 5 years prior service and 10 years of real estate experience specializing in commercial and residential property management, long term short rentals and investment properties.

Combining military discipline, leadership skills, and extensive industry knowledge, Lyndon aims to contribute his expertise to drive business growth and achieve client goals.

Storm Nicholson

Storm Nicholson was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and is a proud graduate of Salisbury University. And yes — Storm is his real name. He was named after Operation Desert Storm, during which he was born while his father was serving overseas. Inspired by his father's service, Storm joined the Kappa Sigma fraternity, drawn to their commitment to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.

After college, Storm began his career in tech sales in Montgomery County, quickly developing a reputation for his strong client relationships, strategic thinking, and ability to close complex deals. Most recently, he has specialized in cybersecurity and cloud security, serving as an Account Manager in Arlington, Virginia. His combination of technical knowledge and people-first approach has made him a trusted partner to his clients.

Outside of work, Storm is a big baseball fan, enjoys music of all varieties, and tries to play as much golf as he can. Whether on the course or at the office, he always brings energy and enthusiasm. Fun fact: 2012 Red Bull DJ Master.
